Vehicle Application - AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system:

1989-1993 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9 L
100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks
This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and factory , block mounted, fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee.

The AirDog® II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system. It also retains the "Demand Flow" of the older AirDog II variants. Demand Flow means whatever fuel the injection system does not consume gets recirculated back through the filter base.

AirDog ® and AirDog ® II 100 units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower.
AirDog ® 150 and AirDog ® II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 1000.
AirDog ® II 200 units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower.
