This fuel system replaces your factory low pressure frame rail mounted pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side of the AirDog hooks up to the factory suction line. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee.

AirDog II-5G products remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts.
The AirDog® II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system. It also retains the "Demand Flow" of the older AirDog II variants. Demand Flow means whatever fuel the injection system does not consume gets recirculated back through the filter base.
All-Inclusive Installation Kit

AirDog ® and AirDog ® II 100 units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower.
AirDog ® 150 and AirDog ® II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 1000.
AirDog ® II 200 units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower.
