165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks
This replaces the factory frame rail fuel pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction line on the frame rail. The pressure side connects to the factory feed line to the injection pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a return “y” that ties the AirDog return to the factory engine return.

AirDog II-5G products remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts.
The AirDog® II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system. It also retains the "Demand Flow" of the older AirDog II variants. Demand Flow means whatever fuel the injection system does not consume gets recirculated back through the filter base.

AirDog ® and AirDog ® II 100 units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower.
AirDog ® 150 and AirDog ® II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 1000.
AirDog ® II 200 units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower.
