1989-1993 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9 L
165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks
This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and factory mechanical fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8” suction line once the module is modified.

AirDog II-5G Features and Benefits

AirDog II-5G products remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts.
The AirDog® II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system. It also retains the "Demand Flow" of the older AirDog II variants. Demand Flow means whatever fuel the injection system does not consume gets recirculated back through the filter base.

AirDog ® and AirDog ® II 100 units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower.
AirDog ® 150 and AirDog ® II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 1000.
AirDog ® II 200 units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower.
