This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A 1/2" draw straw is used to pull diesel fuel from the tank. The pressure side connects directly to the P-Pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and fuel pump. Lines and fittings are included to connect the injection pump return, which would normally recirculate through the factory fuel filter housing, to the injector return line and is returned to the tank. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee.

AirDog I-4G products remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts.
The AirDog I-4G removes excess fuel not needed by engines, allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system.
